This statement gave us the inspiration and vision for Tommy Hilfiger's 25th anniversary celebration. In partnership with the Hilfiger family and the company's key stakeholders, Atmosphere created an exciting and impactful sales meeting that celebrated their quarter century of success and launched sales ambitions for the year ahead. It also included the attendance of Tommy Hilfiger himself.
Following the celebration, Atmosphere's event strategy included training modules and innovative communication tools to sustain the motivation generated from the evening.
The strategy included a series of follow-up live events, meetings, training, video tutorials and print communications. Each of these components was built into a made-to-measure journey with quarterly updates and results. It successfully motivated the entire North American retail team towards exceeding Hilfiger's aggressive goals and initiatives.
Feedback from the sales force indicated that 99% of attendees felt the annual initiatives were completely clear. 97% of attendees felt the action plans they developed helped them stay focused and will enable them to reach their sales goals.
You might ask, was it really that great? Well, when we ran into the CEO of Tommy Hilfiger North America towards the end of the year he mentioned that they were going to top their sales goal by 7%!
